Do not see this doctor. I was her patient for 3 years, but no more. Her staff are rude.They routinely cancel appointments the afternoon prior to your scheduled appointment, and reschedule months later only to cancel the rescheduled appointment. If your company should switch insurances they will not accept out of pocket payment. Also, if you have valid insurance there’s a possibility they will cancel and not reschedule your appointment because your insurance will not not be accepted the following year. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Susan Zito for over three years, and I can honestly say she is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Office participates in false advertising if they're not participating in false advertising than their participating in discrimination. They only want a certain type of looking patient with a certain type of income! I'm listing a discrimination report and complaint about this to BBB and effectively called human resources about this Dr and staff! I've been trying to book my mother at this office because its extremely close to our home and every time I walk in there, even if it's a year later they're never taking new patients. ... read more

I consider Dr. Susan Zito & her staff the most compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, & understanding Rheumatologist & staff in the Tampa Bay Area. She is one of the few doctors that actually comes in and sits down and looks you in the eye, when talking with you. She has enthusiasm and knowledge of all the multiple complex autoimmune disorders. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Zito and staff for giving me back my life.
