I had a week-long EEG. Susan Kerr was my doctor during my stay. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. She treated me with kindness and as a human being. Dr. Kerr assumed nothing (KEY for any medical treatment) and spoke to me with respect and as an adult. She communicated well and thoroughly with my neurologist. I can't thank her enough.

I've been seeing dr. Kerr for going on 9 years she is one of my favorites drs once you get to know her she really cares about the people who come in to see her the staff is also very nice if i had to switch drs i told her i wouldn't see anyone if i couldn't see her she is a very good dr and listens to what you say and does her best to do whatever she can to get you better ps. To anyone who had a bad experience with her give her another chance trust me just get to know her and she'll be your favorite dr

Horrible bedside manner and very insensitive. Doctor is very rude. Her nursing staff seemed very nice and even suggested I get a second opinion for my daughter. We will not be going back. Have an appointment scheduled with Dr.Q from DENT for a second opinion.

Susan Kerr is extremely insensitive. I came into her office as a 15 year old who had just had her first seizure and she simply told me that I had epilepsy and that if I had an questions to go on WebMD and look them up myself. I would not recommend going to her, if refereed to her after an incident try to go to her once and find someone else. I suggest Dr Q at Dent Town in Amherst NY. Dr. Kerr shouldn't be working with children, or anyone for that matter.

My daughter was a patient of Dr Kerr about 6 years ago . She is the most disrespectful, rude and heartless Dr . I ever met .Still to this day I do not understand why she have to be this way ! It's non sense.
