While in the hospital- she makes rounds betw 0230-0330 in the morning. After waking you up, she is then, very rude. She will tell you one thing, then change it. We were told 'that's not my job" like 4x...... No bed side manners at all. Once she wakes you up, you cant go back to bed bc Your so pissed at her attitude

My husband went to her about 15 years ago because he had leptospirosis from pigs and developed meningitis. She said he did not have chronic lepto., it was like the flu you had it and it was gone. He has had both hips , both knees, elbows, back and two surgeries on his kneck. He needs his shoulder replaced but muscle is too weak. Dr. say his joints are awful. Leptospirosis effects the joints in animals and i think she should be open to more research.

My primary doctor referred both my husband and I to Dr. Delap due to us each having an ongoing & severe condition that needs to be treated by an infectious disease doctor. Two whole weeks after receiving our records, Dr Delap's office contacted our primary to inform them that we were both denied for new patient appointments. They also argued with our primary's office that they would not be contacting us to inform us & that it was our primary's responsibility to tell us that we were denied. I have seen Dr. Delap over the years and she has always figured me out. She has went above and beyond for me every time. My last visit my family asked her to come to the ER and see me. I am glad they did because Dr. Delap was certain I had bacterial meningitis and when the cultures came back she was correct. I appreciate everything she has done for me.
