Dr Bushelman's office refused to bill under a preventative screening code to my insurance company, resulting in a denial of benefits. I talked to 4 staff members: receptionist to make an appt, office staff to provide contact/insurance info, medical assistant upon arrival and Dr. Bushelman and explained to all 4 all I wanted a preventative screening since I am over 50 and skin cancer runs in my family. I’ve had several treatments Botox , hydro facial and moxie treatments. The Dr is amazing as well as the staff! The experience of all was great!
