If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I first saw Dr. Hsu, I told her that we were trying to conceive. At that time, she never reviewed my medications or informed me that she no longer delivers babies. Had I known this, I would have immediately sought care from a different physician who could support me through pregnancy and beyond. After I became pregnant and later experienced a miscarriage, Dr. Hsu told me that she couldn’t treat the miscarriage. Instead, she referred me to a website or to Planned Parenthood. I've had a horrible time and awful experiences with doctors in Reno. But Dr Hsu is the best doctor I have ever met. It's been a wonderful working with her and she's been the most professional, compassionate and thorough doctor I've ever encountered. Now I just wish I could find a good dentist. That's been a story from hell in Reno.
The receptionist or whoever makes the appointments made a mistake. She said that she was going to book my wife for next Wednesday. She did it for the upcoming Wednesday, which was two days later which makes no sense because we were trying to get in as soon as possible for an emergency! She would rather argue with you and give you crazy attitude than admit she was wrong and then tries to charge you $50. This is not how you do business beware!
Dr. Hsu has helped me significantly over the last 7 years. She is such a warm, kind hearted person who genuinely cares about her patients. That goes for her entire team, too. Everyone in that office is exceptional.
