Excellent Doctor. Susan really understands migraine, she is compassionate and has helped me manage my illness.
I never actually saw Dr Ho. I did see lots of negative reviews on here regarding the receptionist and getting an appointment. I tried anyway and unfortunately found the negative reviews accurate. I firstly rang and was told I need to post in referral, at that point I asked when would be the first available appointment and was told January. So I posted in the referral along with blood results and then got a call back saying that Dr Ho is no longer taking new patients. Receptionist is an absolute disgrace. Rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I would not have this person being the first point of call employed at my practice.
I've been seeing Dr Ho for about a year. I've found her to be an amazing doctor. She explains everything so clearly and never rushes. I feel as though I am in very good hands.
I can't thank dr Susan Ho enough, her diagnosis was spot on, she got my condition under control for over 5 years now.
