Susan is incredible! She is patient and caring and has worked magic with my very anxious child. Would highly recommend.
An excellent and kind pediatric dentist. She ensured my daughter was at ease and pain-free during her teeth extraction procedure and all went smoothly.
We found Susan to be very un professional in the way she treated my daughter. She was 3 hours late for my daughter's procedure. My daughter had to fast the whole day because of this, she didn't even offer an apology and left home before my daughter woke up. No follow up phone call, or any sign of care about my daughter or her recovery. As a parent I really felt bad for chosing someone like her to money grab on my children... Never again...
First time we went to my daughter’s appointment we were there a bit early end up we waited over 1 hour and check up only took about 10 mins, second time we waited over 30 mins, not very respectful about patient’s time, and third time we went for my daughter’s tooth fillings ,she was not very patient with kid, and she was laughing with a nurse when my daughter cried, didn’t comfort her at all, as a peadiatric dentist to deal with kids everyday patience is a basic skill especially with young kids who scared of tooth treatment ... read more
