Dr.Fitzmaurice, is the best doctor that I've had over 30 years.
Dr. Fitzmaurice is wonderful: caring, concerned, smart, patient. Unfortunately, her office is poorly managed and the greedy corporation that has acquired Pro-Health practices does not seem willing to provide adequate support staffing. So, the front desk people are nice, but there are not enough of them. That makes it very difficult to get through to the office. It's not unusual to be on hold for 10 minutes or more. That is frustrating -- especially as I work full time.
Do not recommend this doctors office highly because of the office. Had to report them. My mother has been waiting over a week for her prescription which she needs and take's daily. This office is responsible for getting her prescription refilled. My mother has been contacting them over a week with no answers, just straight to a voicemail of them asking what we need and they will "do it". Unprofessional.
