AWFUL! My sister was left waiting for two hours for a physical to only have weight and bp checked. They acted like she couldn't possibly have another appointment. Found out they are laughing and eating lunch like she hadn't been waiting this whole time. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!
