I am an existing patient of Dr. DelSordi. My one star is not for her as she is an excellent doctor if you don’t need immediate help. I was involved in a dog bite incident and ended up septic. After a stay in the hospital and surgery and antibiotics I was told to follow up with my primary care doctor, which is Dr. DelSordi. I never got to visit a doctor because I refuse to get care from a practice where the receptionist is rude.
Very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and patient care at this office lately. I was required to come in for a medication-check appointment, spent a considerable amount of time there, paid $150, and completed the lab work I was instructed to have done. When the results came back, I needed follow-up and left messages, but I was ultimately told I would need to schedule and pay for another appointment before my medication could be addressed.
