I started to go to them about 2 years ago and was in a pretty bad shape as my husband’s Parkinson was getting worst. Kathleen the RN was warm, understanding and I was very I,pressed. It seems the problem is with the calls/texts/messages left on the phone. I called several times, left 1 messages (no more as per their request) didn’t get any call back so I called again….ringing ringing…then I sent them a text and almost a week in I still haven’t received a call back. Unimpressed with their patient care and communication. I’ve had better at community health centers and at planned parenthood. I think I’ll go back to either of those.
They are the absolute best! I have been struggling with my health and severe anxiety as a result. NP Sara Emery is absolutely amazing. I walked in there, shaky and anxious, not sure if I would ever feel normal again and left feeling calm and confident that I would get better. She spent so much time with me working to get to the bottom of what was going on and made a great plan for me. Day by day I am feeling so much better and a lot of that is thanks to her!
This used to be a good practice, the care I received with Bianca was empathetic and really helped my thyroid. Not sure what happened, but at the end of 2024 the service at this practice took a serious dive. I got sick in February with bronchitis and was told I needed a chest RX. I was referred to a service outside of my insurance , even after repeatedly texting and asking for the order to be sent to a provider in my network. I absolutely love my provider and this review does not reflect the care I’ve received from them. My one star review goes to the clinic itself. I submitted a refill request four weeks ago. I’ve done it through the patient portal, which has then changed, so I submitted another request through the new portal. I’ve left numerous voicemails. I’ve sent text messages. I’ve called several times and absolutely no one has been able to get me an update as to why my prescription is delayed. Absolutely no information whatsoever.
