My only experience with Dr. Sheppard was over the phone, when my regular doctor wasn't available and I was reporting an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. Dr. Sheppard returned my call remarkably quickly and was attentive and kind. I believe he was at the hospital at the time, but I never felt rushed or that he was simply waiting to get off the phone. Love Love Love Dr Peck, she takes time with you and always makes you feel like she really cares about you. Her staff is very helpful. I would not go anywhere else.
After a miscarriage at 12 weeks pregnant, Dr. Sheppard preformed a D&C for me. He was wonderful. He treated both my husband and I with respect, care (we were not treated as just another customer), and support. He was very professional and at the same time, he came accross as a doctor that genuinely cared for his patients.
