I’ve been an NYC and telehealth patient of Dr. Sue for 7 years. I first started seeing her for help with my celiac diagnosis. She has been the primary reason I’m now fully healed from celiac: no more gut issues, normal autoimmune markers, restored energy and health. With her work, I lost 40lbs due to celiac and I’m no longer sick with a cold every month. I cannot recommend working with her highly enough. She is the most thorough and empathetic provider I’ve ever worked with.
Dr. Cucchiara was professional, personable, patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. My issue was resolved and I am so grateful to be in her care. I highly recommend this doctor for anyone who is looking for quality care with a personal touch.

I have been consulting with Dr Sparks for a few months now about a huge range of symptoms that were affecting my daily living. Dr. Sparks ordered all the tests, gave all the supplement recommendations, and in 2-3 months I was feeling 100%! And she also found out I had Lyme disease.
