This woman puts up cameras on her fence to spy on her neighbors, and is an animal abuser. Her dogs who look like shepherding dogs, are only let out for minutes at a time because they were never socialized, and therefore react violently at the sight of another person or animal. she chooses to coop them up, and I can't imagine what else. She is not fit to be anywhere near mental healthcare, or healthcare as a whole.
