I've been a patient of Dr. Chows for a couple of years now and have had nothing but great experiences. She is very attentive and responsive to any concerns I have regarding my health when they arise. Would definitely recommend!
They booked me in for 3 different virtual appointments either Saturday or Sunday because everytime I logged on to the link they sent me, no one showed up. Have wasted over 6 hours of my time waiting for the doctor to log on. Have been trying to get an appointment for over a month now, to make it more frustrating the office is closed on the weekends so I can’t even call anyone to figure out where the doctor is. Very upsetting how little they care about someone’s time when they really need to talk with a doctor
