Had my permanent crown put on today. Excellent care.
The dentist and hygienist are excellent — my cleaning and check-up went very well, and I was happy with their care. The issue is with scheduling and billing. Earlier this year, the office scheduled my cleaning before 6 months had passed, which caused my insurance to deny the claim. Because of that, I had to pay $100 out of pocket. At my most recent visit, the same mistake almost happened again — the front desk scheduled my next cleaning for February, only 5 months later. Calm well run office. No waiting time. Have gone here since they opened at this location. Dr. does not rush you and listens to you.
Dr. Cherian and her staff, Jenny and Dutta, are friendly, professional and considerate. The dental care I received is of the highest quality.
