If I could give ZERO stars I would. I truly believe Dr. Berger is a racist woman when it comes to people of color. My father was a patient of hers, and in January of 2022, he went to her feeling horrible. We explained all of his symptoms and literally BEGGED her to do bloodwork, and she refused, despite there being a lab right in the office. Dr. Berger was the first to identify my Sjogren Syndrome and because of her diagnosis my life has improved tremendously. She exhudes a peaceful and compassionate energy which helps in itself.
My Internist recommended Dr Berger highly & although there was a wait of a few weeks until she had an opening, the appointment was informative, very pleasant & most reassuring. I understand why Dr Berger has so many devoted patients; I am grateful she is on my team. She said to call anytime I needed to see her if I had a problem or my health changed. When that time arrived, Dr Berger came through with solid advice, explained the choices of treatment very clearly to me and answered every question in a clear, caring manner!
I made an appt to see Dr Berger in May. I had been to see her once before about a year ago. When I arrived the receptionist ask for my insurance card and I explained I had forgotten it but my insurance was the same. She said I needed the card to be seen. I have cancer and I’m having chemotherapy so it is difficult to summon the energy to make it to these appointments. Very kind. Helpful and listens to your needs. Really cares about your individual problems. Highly recommend. Very short wait period also. Nice office staff too.
