If I had the option, I'd leave negative stars!!! Complete waste of my time! Ignored all my paperwork and all records/labs sent by my primary doctor. Refused to even look at them! Didnt believe a word I said. Told me to "take an iron pill" (I was already taking 4/day) and "go tell the infusion people to give me an infusion"...then "take off your shirt/bra so I can do a breast exam" HELLO!!!! I'm here for ANEMIA!!! Wouldnt trust her to treat my dog!
Dr Kambhu is absolutely amazing. No physician will ever be more dedicated than she. My wife is her patient. Suffered a bowel obstruction and went into hospital on a Friday evening. Dr. Kambhu was there for her right through the whole time. She is wonderful. All business. Not a 'hand holder' but she never 'phones it in' and will have the right answers for you - and see that you get them. Also, she is very patient and willing to let the body heal on its own time when necessary. Thanks Dr. Kambhu!
If you are looking for a physician to tell you what to do and use her title as a physician for the reasons why, then she is your doc. If you want someone who is concerned about the patient first, then look elsewhere!
She's the smartest person in the room, just ask her. Very intelligent, doesn't listen to the patient.
Dr. Kambhu saved my life quite literally a few years ago. I became anemic after contracting Hepatitis B and my body would no longer create blood. When the ambulace took me into the UNO hospital I was at about 30% of normal blood levels. I had a team of 15 doctors or so trying to figure out what the heck was killing me and she among them found the answer. That's all I can say. She's a brilliant woman that I owe my life to.
