KAURA MADE THE MISTAKE OF BILLING MY INSURANCE TWO MONTHS AFTER THE FACT MY WIFE WAS SEEN HIS WIFE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER MISTAKE. Terrible office. I lost my dad on 06/06/25 and he was a patient of his. The insurance company wanted a paper filled out just stating his date of death and reason for death. I brought in the coroner paperwork stating everything he needed and it was signed by the coroner’s office and instead of him filling out the paperwork they tell me he doesn’t want to jeopardize his license but this has nothing to do with him. After 5+ years of going to this doctor I will not be going anymore. Every time I try to make an appointment it's always a money issue with my insurance. My insurance has never changed since I started seeing this doctor I've had the same insurance for 15 years. The receptionist (his wife) is very rude and tries to bully you into coming into the office simply because it makes them $100 more.
