The lady that work the front desk is so nice. Dr. Jolly however doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Very short patient with my husband and I and unprofessional. Why do I have to make an appointment to go over my results when your holding them in your hand in front of me? Why are you running test on me and not explaining what your doing? He doesn't have a welcoming personality. He also was unprepared. What a waste of time. My first visit I waited over an hr. My last 2 visits I didn't wait that long. Awesome Dr. cared for me in hospital. Patient for yrs. Staff wonderful. Don't always wait long either.
Dr Jolly is an excellent neurologist and he knows his stuff. He helped get my seizures in control. Lana is nice to everyone and runs the office very well.
Just not a good doctor. Schedules many people for the same time slot & ends up with huge office waits. Took me 2 hours after my appointment time to be seen. Then the visit was super rushed & he made very little effort to get into the issue. I get the feeling he's just trying to funnel as many people through the office as possible.
