Was my father's pcp for a while. Very rude. Did not listen to my father, his patient at all. Appointments always felt rush. Cares more about money than truly treating patients.
Sorry to leave a bad review, but I had a terrible experience today with Dr. Suresh !!! The appointment was scheduled by their team at office for 10:30 am, so I reached his office about 10 minutes early then the schedule to complete paper work. I waited at the front desk for almost an hour, and staff welcomed me at 11:20 around in!! I again have to wait for around 30 more minutes in the room to see him. I have been a patient of Dr. Suresh Gudur for 15 years, but my recent experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Initially, I trusted him with my medical needs, but now it seems he has become more focused on profits rather than patient care. I visited him for an ear infection and was prescribed medication that, after a week and a half, proved ineffective. Unfortunately, there isnt a way to give negative rating. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to him for primary care. He is there to make money. If you are going for annual, please do NOT ask anything to him. He will bill it as a concern but not annual. He might himself ask you come the following day for bloodwork if you are not empty stomach and he will bill it as a followup. He will then schedule a teleconference to share the blood work results. Had my annual visit today, and once again, Dr.Gudur and his staff are the best of the best. They take the time to listen, and I never feel like my appointments are rushed. Dr. Gudur is always available to accommodate me and my family whenever we need him, and we are confident that we are in good hands. His office has Saturday hours and is in network with the majority of insurance plans, which makes scheduling there stress free. I highly recommend Dr. Gudur!
