DR. never called never showed!! Worst service ever. Then when you finally get through, all they can say is "we apologize, make sure you let the Dr. know all your thoughts and concerns"!!! Seriously!!??? I'm only giving 1 star, because I couldn't give them less!!!
Been waiting in his office for my husband's appointment over 3 hours now. Office is FILTHY staff is rude and unprofessional. If I could give this place a zero star I would.
I felt so used . Like all he really wanted was to just prescribe colonoscopy and endoscopy. I do believe that there are procedures that need to be done but he prescribes them like candy. And he doesn’t give you anything for ACTUAL relief . If you need help, heed the warning, AND DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME! OR HEALTH!!!
My husband has had a colonoscopy done 3 times - he is high risk - and with each one it was a pleasure to deal with Dr. Chavakula and his staff. I also had one done and it was a really good experience. Never had a problem with them at all.
