I was hospitalized at Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System due to an accidental overdose on my meds. Dr. Kodali told me that my overdose was not accidental and that I had intentionally tried to kill myself. I was flabbergasted. I was scheduled for a major surgery, one that had taken 3 months to set up, and Dr. Kodali would not release me for surgery until I said he was correct, even though it was not true. Why can we not get providers who can speak English? On top of it all, this guy is rude and demeaning, he told me himself that he hates all people, he is just doing this because it is what he trained to do. That to a psychiatry patient? He is not compassionate, he hurries in and out, and he prescribed me medication that I have a documented and known allergy to, I had to correct him and he told me to stop trying to be the doctor. Come on. I went elsewhere. I found a nurse practitioner

Horrible. Can't believe he's still in practice. If you don't believe me, read your charts that he takes notes in. Her loves to lie on those about patients. No regard for patients or their safety. I told him I was having negative side effects with a new medication he gave me and he forced me to stay on them. Well they drove me insane and landed Me in the hospital, after that he merely said oh well you keep taking them will lower the dosage. I've never been suicidal before the medication, or after

I had my first appointment with him this past week, he is very kind and took time to listen to all of my issues. Finally after many years with different Dr's, counselors and therapists, I got a correct diagnosis. Now on the right meds and I feel like a different person. He's great and I think the negative reviews are from people trying to get some controlled meds. If you care about your mental health and not just looking for a Dr dispensing xanax like a Pez dispenser then ignore the reviews!!

I would give him a negative star rating if possible. Unfortunately, it is not. A disgrace to medicine. Self important, incredibly unhelpful, beyond mediocre diagnostic ability. Just a horrible, immensely unfortunate experience. Really truly please reconsider if looking at him for medical attention.

Disrespectful. Uncaring. Unknowledgable. Has no businesses being a doctor! should be barred! Do not take your loved ones to see him! He will cut you off and criticize you and make you feel horrible.

Very very rude staff, doctor is hard to get in touch with because staff will not pass messages along-the lady in the front acts like she's my doctor and can speak on his behalf, asked the doctor to talk with my doctor while I was in the hospital and he would not speak with him, said it was their problem. Doesn't provide any detailed instructions during visits. Definitely don't recommend this doctor!!!

Have had Depression, anxiety and ADHD x10 yrs, Understand conditions. I'd relocated to the Etown area, and called for an appt. I checked this doctor according to reviews, and he had a 1.5 star rating. Only disgruntled people do these reviews, right? I decided to give him a chance. After all, how bad could he be??? I was about to run out of the ADHD med, and anxiety med. Wanted to stop my meds, changed dx to Bipolar D/O!!Said he saw extreme moods. Wait! What?Based on 90 total min w/me? Fired him!
