Today I called Canberra practice in Phillip, the receptionist Tracy hung up on me twice. The girl is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to book my first appointment and following up if they have received the fax with my referral or not. She did not let me talk at all, jumped into conclusions and hung up on me. If I did not have enough to deal with... very disappointed. A receptionist at a specialist doctor should at least be polite and have some caring skills.
