I wish i would have read these comments before going to Dr. Surekha R. Gangasani, MD. I have been trying to get in for a checkup and labs but it is extremely difficult to speak to anyone. I went online and was booked an appointment that didn’t work for my schedule so I cancelled online and called to leave a message. Then, my only phone calls (2 different calls) were to tell me I owed them for no showing. Finally reached someone to rebook and they sent me to labcorp. Dr Gangasani is good. Informative, patient, thorough. Her front staff & procedures could use a profession to set up/organize office. Her main nurse needs to speak up or work on her accent-or enunciate better. She's very difficult to understand & no matter how many times u ask her to repeat her question..it's a real problem.
I was a patient of Dr. Gangasani several years ago and quite honestly because of how horrible my experience was with her I avoided going to another rheumatologist for almost a decade! Now once again I am having to deal with her... I have been attempting to get my medical records since the beginning of December 2023 this time around.
