Highly unprofessional and poorly managed clinic. The staff show little regard for patients’ time or concerns. Despite having a scheduled appointment, walk-ins are given priority, leaving booked patients waiting without any update or communication from the receptionist or staff. It is unacceptable that the clinic operates with only one doctor and no system in place to handle emergencies or walk-ins without disrupting prior appointments. Dr. SURANA is the best doctor and very kind person, we always got a best treatment and kind gesture of him. But Dr. JASHAN is VERY VERY unprofessional and careless person. Specially in the absence of Dr.Surana she always do very irresponsible behavior and unprofessional way to treat. I went with serious pain and swelling in my gum and she insisted me to take my x-ray. Hands down the BEST dentist ever!! My family doctor referred me to Dr. Surana 7 years back for braces and we are so glad we came here! He is so kind and patient and answers all your questions even if he is super busy. Just recently I had a wisdom tooth extraction and I was so scared but Dr. Surana made the procedure painless and really comfortable.
