I have been a patient for many many years. I forgot to bring my insurance card to one appointment but indicated I would come back right after my appointment with it but was refused my appointment. I have insurance, was a long time patient ,but for forgetting to bring my card with me early in the morning because I was caring for my mother (also her patient) I was refused my appointment. Dr. Burke is no longer my physician.
Sun rise medical = sudden death mortuary. Go here and end up in a cemetery. They don't care about you just the money your insurance pays. If you don't do their OPTIONAL (no they are NOT required by law although they will lie and tell you it is) assessments they will bully you and if you still refuse they discharge you.
