It is my opinion that this practice cares more about getting favorable grades from the insurance company then treating their patients seriously. On many occasions I had to beg them for medical tests, only to be denied. In my opinion, my health concerns were dismissed as not serious and I was made to feel like no one believed what I was saying. It is a common occurrence to see the owner's dogs in the office. If I could give negative stars, I would. The receptionist staff are rude, arrogant, and do the bare minimum, even putting people on hold for outrageous amounts of time. They say they're busy, but their lobby isn't ever busy enough for the amount of time they put a patient on hold, trust me. The doctor, (and owner), of the practice likes to play God with her patients' health. Wasn’t really good for much of anything. Didn’t want to touch any mental health issues without needing a specialist to do it for me, regardless of past diagnosis. Had to fight tooth and nail for any test i wanted done for a chronic health issue just desperate for answers. So if you want a basic run of the mill physical with no other concerns or conditions, sure try here, i guess. Would be 1 star but at least they weren’t rude about it anytime and i feel bad as it is, but this unfortunately was the reality for me so can’t go ... read more
