Very dissatisfied. Office manager lacks compassion and professionalism for your needs. Thought AI made an appointment. Arrived for the phantom appointment. Very sick and needing attention. Have a very sick husband at home. I should not leave him very long.They could see me at 2. I was there at 10. Not helpful at all. Used to be better but going downhill. Every symptom I complained about required a referral to a different doctor. Then I moved and asked them not to change my access to my records while I transferred everything and literally within hours I could not access any of my medical info at all. Should have just cancelled my appt at the last second so they I wouldn’t lose access to my own info!
Worst medical office ever. I had to cancel a couple of appointments due to life situations. Then they canceled my appointment bc my NP left the practice. I made another appointment but couldn’t make it bc I tested positive for covid, called them to let them know and a week later they sent me a letter stating that they were dropping me as a patient and I should find a new MD. Great people
It is my opinion that this practice cares more about getting favorable grades from the insurance company then treating their patients seriously. On many occasions I had to beg them for medical tests, only to be denied. In my opinion, my health concerns were dismissed as not serious and I was made to feel like no one believed what I was saying. It is a common occurrence to see the owner's dogs in the office.
