I was calling on behalf of my client as a support worker and unfortunately encountered a receptionist whose attitude was rude, condescending, and lacking empathy. After quickly checking previous reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who has had this experience. This recurring issue suggests a need for urgent customer service training to ensure all clients and representatives are treated with the respect they deserve.

Horrible receptionist- I had just had my car stolen and spent 45minutes with the police. My next phone call was to reschedule my appointment as I could not get to it ( as I had just been a victim of a crime). She was rude, unempathetic. I just hung up. Don't bother- if your actually having a crisis go somewhere else.

I haven't managed to see Dr. Sunil Datta for my psychiatric treatment yet. However, based on the emails I've received, the receptionist comes across as unprofessional, rude, and completely disinterested in their job. The response time was excessively long, and the overall tone made it clear that I was not welcome—despite having submitted my GP referral. The receptionist at this clinic is extremely rude and unprofessional. She dictates when I can see my doctor without considering my work schedule. I believe this issue deserves an investigation by a current affairs program to address the receptionist's behavior and ensure that doctors can focus on providing care to their patients, especially those with mental health conditions who need empathy and support for their recovery.
