I haven't managed to see Dr. Sunil Datta for my psychiatric treatment yet. However, based on the emails I've received, the receptionist comes across as unprofessional, rude, and completely disinterested in their job. Receptionist needs to be fired.
The receptionist at this clinic is extremely rude and unprofessional. She dictates when I can see my doctor without considering my work schedule. I believe this issue deserves an investigation by a current affairs program to address the receptionist's behavior and ensure that doctors can focus on providing care to their patients, especially those with mental health conditions who need empathy and support for their recovery.
It's too heard to tell how is that reception behaviour unprofessional, rude, don't know how to treat mental health patients. I am giving to her 0000 point. Your receptionist needs to be fired! I only gave one star because I had too in order to post this review. There is no place whatsoever for someone so rude to be in that position and especially in an office for people with mental health issues! I rang on Friday and a lady that sounded like she had an Indian accent answered. She was so incredibly rude and simply told me to go elsewhere with my son.
