Absolutely horrible experience. I was admitted to Broward medical center for respiratory failure. I had seen him previously and after several calls and voice mails for follow up appointment no one ever returned my call. Than he is angry with me at the hospital for not following up with him.
The Dr. Is friendly the office staff is friendly yet good luck getting somebody to answer a phone call or get a call back to you when it's important
I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Kumar for the past month. He's a great doctor but his office staff NEVER answer the phone. I've left five voicemails over the past month and nobody has ever returned my calls. Ridiculous
Great Doctor, horrible office... I have called several time trying to schedule a new appointment since last year, left several messages, no return calls no followup definitely changing doctors tomorrow...
