Trying to schedule an initial appointment, they never answer the phone, have left multiple messages and they do not call back. I have called my referring doctor to get a different referral. Obviously they don’t need/want any business!
Beware of the front desk. Horrible service. Never got a chance to step in the building. Had me in hold for 15 mins. After leaving a message for a call back the previous day. Never came back to the call and then had me routed to voicemail afterwards. I wound not advise anyone to deal with this.
Absolutely horrible experience. I was admitted to Broward medical center for respiratory failure. I had seen him previously and after several calls and voice mails for follow up appointment no one ever returned my call. Than he is angry with me at the hospital for not following up with him.
The Dr. Is friendly the office staff is friendly yet good luck getting somebody to answer a phone call or get a call back to you when it's important
I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Kumar for the past month. He's a great doctor but his office staff NEVER answer the phone. I've left five voicemails over the past month and nobody has ever returned my calls. Ridiculous
