제가 다녀본 내과중에 최악입니다. 예약을 하고도 1시간을 기다렸는데, 한시간 후에 하는 소리가 다른 분에게 진료를 본다는 겁니다. 1시간을 기다린건 그렇다 치더라도 다른 분에게 진료를 보라는것은 이닌것 같네요. 차라리 처음에 그렇게 양해를 구했으면 제가 오늘 기다릴지, 아니면 다른날로 다시 잡을지 결정 하지 않았을까요. 다른 환자분에게는 그리 했으면 합니다. 아무튼 저는 이런 병원은 안갈거에요..다른 환자분에게는 그러지 않았으면 합니다.

This Docter was a scam and in network what a lie I saw him once I needed my asthma pump and I was taking MAT then suddenly I got a letter tha this Docter is not covered and I paid 300$ cash also for one MAT he became my primary then my insurance told me he’s not covered and the money I I paid was supposed to be refunded or filed as theft or fraud because the Docter charged me then made me my primary and then I got a letter saying I can’t continue him and that he gave me debt and he’s not in net work and the money I spent is ... read more

This appointment was a complete waste of time. The process is slow ,even if you arrive on time, you still end up waiting 1–2 hours. I would not recommend this place . The doctor is fine, but if you value your time, you should avoid coming here.

의사 선생님들은 좋은데, 행정은 최악이다. 평소에도 예약 시간을 30분 이상 넘겨서 진료를 받았지만, 오늘은 1시간 30분이 넘어서 진료를 받았다. 1주일에 쉼과 안식을 누리며 충전해야 될 토요일에 너무 기분이 상했다. 이러면 예약을 왜 하는 것인가? 예약은 환자를 위한 최소한의 시스템이다. 이런 단순하지만 가장 중요한 근본을 잊지 말고, 개선되길 바란다!
