From the beginning, Dr. Zafar was kind, personable, and gave me confidence in her knowledge and skill. She laid out what was to be expected, gave me certain caveats to watch out for, and emphasized high-interest things to make sure that I understood. Dr.Zafar took her time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my condition.I was really nervous before the procedure ,but her calm and professional demeanor put me at ease. Her reassurance was really helpful. After the procedure she explained the results in detail and discussed the plan ahead. She is highly knowledgeable,professional,and caring physician.She has excellent bedside manners. I would highly recommend her.
My appointment was set at 3 pm. I get there at 2:40pm and check in. At around 3:10pm my weight, height and blood pressure are taken and I am taken back to the waiting area in the front. At around finally 3:30 I finally get my own room and even then I still have to wait. Dr.Zafar ended up seeing the patient who got there after me. At 3:50 pm I finally ask when will the doctor come in to see me and they let me know "5-10 minutes". Dr. Sunbal Zafar was recommended by a doctor friend of mins as well as in a group of 850 doctors. She has one of the best team with her, who is on top of things. Dr. Zafar educated us on the 2024 ACG guidelines which shows that she is not only super skilled in her busy practice but is very well versed on updated guidelines.
