On August 4, on my second appt at the East Providence office, I witnessed a rather unprofessional occurance. An elderly man struggled to push a wheelchair with a woman humped over, apparently in dire pain. Rather than wait until the woman was in a private room, the receptionist announced with her "holier-than-thou " attitude to all in ear shot, that the woman had a balance of $233 owed.
