Empathetic, took the time to actually listen to me and go over everything. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Walked out satisfied with the appointment. Staff were kind and waiting area comfortable, parking easy to navigate when in pain.
Dr Suman Murthy was wonderful. She is very empathetic, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel very fortunate to have her treating me and feel confident that she will get to the bottom of it.
If you think I'm going to pay $500+ to see a PRIVATE specialist and receive the level of service and lack of empathy and patient care I've received you can think again. If you are going to charge ridiculous prices atleast provide some decent level of service to your patients. It's a no from me! Receptionist is completely incompetent and rude, there is no level of patient care or any empathy. Perhaps consider reflecting the level of service to the cost you want to charge patients. Its a no from me!
My husband went to see Dr Suman Murthy . She was meant to write a report. This report never happened for the second time. She was very good at billing you. But not actually doing her job. Please do yourself a favour Do Not see her. When I rang to complain. They said they would call me back. I am still waiting. Ifelvscamm
Seen twice. Did not remember seeing me the first time and actually argued that she hadn’t and then realised she was wrong. Was told I didn’t didn’t have certain conditions that I am now proven to have, and also that other specialists were wrong when they told me I had inflammation. Tests have proven her wrong on all counts. Of course doctors can be wrong but the attitude I was given was not something I was prepared to deal with.
