Completely disappointed with the lack of respect for my time. Dr Suman Chatterjee decided to be 40 minutes late to an appointment that had a window of 3pm-6pm. Secretary was just as rude when she called me to say the doctor was calling me shortly (time 5:10pm) and I MUST answer the call - unfortunately Dr Chatterjee called me at 6:40pm. Dr. Chatterjee was great !! He's very pleasant and professional, he explained my condition and treatment options clearly. His receptionist was great and called me before the surgery to review my surgery time and prep. I met her at the office twice and spoke to her on the phone a few times and found her to be pleasant. My surgery went very well and it was an easy recovery. I had a follow up appointment after. Overall everything went really well. I would definately recommend Dr. Chatterjee.
Terrible experience. Waited over an hour for a 5 min conversation that could have been done over the phone. Too many patients in waiting area. All seats full, ppl standing and all rooms full.
