They always overbook, so wait times are usually 2 to 3 hours. The receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. Time to switch doctors. I'd rather drive 30 minutes than deal with these people. Would give 0 stars if I could.
The service is terrible—especially from the woman who works with this doctor, whose name is Sandra. My wife went to ask for a document she needed to submit at her workplace, but this woman—instead of helping her—put up obstacles and refused to provide it, claiming that she had to go to a different doctor instead. I do not recommend this place in the slightest; these people are here solely to profit off the humble residents of this city.the Doctor is principal

Would not recommend this doctor’s office. Called to make an appointment as a new patient and told them what insurance I had and everything was fine, they put me in the system. I get there today for my 3:30 appointment just to be told they do not take my insurance when I told them on the phone what insurance I had. The exact words the receptionist says is “we only take that insurance with existing patients” which makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE.
