Would not recommend this doctor’s office. Called to make an appointment as a new patient and told them what insurance I had and everything was fine, they put me in the system. I get there today for my 3:30 appointment just to be told they do not take my insurance when I told them on the phone what insurance I had. The exact words the receptionist says is “we only take that insurance with existing patients” which makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. Dr.Goraya is an excellent doctor, but the staff has horrible work ethics. They leave you on hold or hang up the phone. Then they have the audacity to catch an attitude when you’re asking them a question.
The worst experience ever, please stay away from this doctor and staff. The staff is very unprofessional and unpleasant. No one ever does any work around. Have to call 10 times for just a script to be send over. The doctor does not show up in the hospital if you are hospitalized. The worst Doctor and staff. No patient care.
I waited 50 minutes post my appointment time. Please be more transparent about waiting time. People have other stuff to do as well.
