My dad gets great care at Evernorth and Dr. Magiyawala is straight forward with whatever diagnosis and options of care. I definitely recommend this clinic.
Communication or getting a hold of an actual human is impossible. They seem very disorganized. One time it's fax to this number and then "no that's the wrong fax number, fax to this one". Its absurd and frustrating.
