The reception staff is useless. They dont respond to pharmcy on time. Dr will deny your prescription and force you to make office visit.
This doctor is not professional, she scares with cancer & other things ..refers to unnecessary tests highest money making tactics she has developed, worst tactics to make money. These people should not be called doc.
Dr. Muppala is a wonderful primary care doctor. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Sometimes the wait is significant like the other reviews say (not always) but it means she takes her time with her patients which I find to be worth a little extra time in the waiting room. If you take the early appointments it's usually fine. I highly recommend her as a primary care physician.
I loved going to her. Great doctor and staff. She took her time explaining things in detail. I could get bw done in office. Very respectful. Efficient. Unfortunately, I had to switch doctors due to my insurance. Overall, great healthcare services.
