Dr Reddy appears to be competent, shes a no nonsense straight shooter. BUT she NEVER returns calls, her office staff is incompetent! Called 3-4 times over 4 days when prescription was needed for a medication taken everyday. No prescription for 4 days because NO ONE COLUD CALL ME BACK OR CALL IT IN. Each appointment I wait 2 hours to see her or her assistant. Staff cant write lab orders to correct lab! HORRIBLE! Looking for a new Dr!
I’m not giving the doctor one star but rather the staff that works there because my mother couldn’t even see the doctor. From the moment you walk in, the staff treats you unkind, inhumane, they don’t care one bit in helping you. They never answer the phone, it takes forever to schedule an appointment with them and once you do make an appointment, they have no clue about what they are doing. This Dr's incompetence almost killed me; 5 days in Intensive Care because of her error in treatment. Stay far away.
Dr.Reddy is the worst Dr. I've ever seen she doesn't answer the phones I've been trying to get my medical records now for a month I've left dozens of messages for them to call me back and nobody ever does these people are so useless I don't know how she has a medical practice these people shouldn't be in the medical practice they should be cleaning people's house's.
Staff and doctor never follows up I always had to call. Most uncomunicative doctor we have ever delt with. Doesn’t answer questions. I can keep going on. We have changed doctors but unfortunately we should have done sooner. Now staring over.
