Giving 1 star because zero is not an option. Dr. Yanac is my normal PCP and very happy with her plan of care. During my leave, Dr. Chaparala has denied medication refills for myself and my wife on several occasions and demanded that we come in for an appointment in order for her to process. She is rude, not sympathetic to work and family obligations as well as the cost of copays, and she has no right to override decisions made between me and my primary care provider "because this medication does not have withdrawal symptoms"
She was very rude. She said "I shouldn't talk to much so she can focus" I kindly asked my blood pressure pills needs to adjust, can we please check ? She didn't do anything. I had 5 times bleeding because of my blood pressure only today. Since I am seeing her I am more sick and unhealthy. Last year she didn't approve my blood pressure pills almost 3 months. Very rude and very poor service. She shouldn't be a doctor.
I didn’t like how she spoke to me. She was very rude when I last visited her. I switched to a new PC. Her assistant was also uninviting. I’ve never been treated so insensitive like this before from professionals.
