별 하나도 아깝네요. 마이너스 평점을 주고 싶네요. 프론트 직원은 너무 무례하고 불친절 합니다. 보험회사에서 처리된 진료비를 리젝 되었다고 본인이 몇번이나 확인 했다고 서류도 있다고 목소리를 높여가며 우기더니 제가 보험회사에서 처리 된 자료를 보내주니 그때서야 미안 하다고 합니다. 간혹 실수 할때도 있지만 본인 주장만 하는거며 그 말투는 정말 기분 나쁘게 만드네요. 환자를 더 스트레스 받게 하는 곳입니다. 추가: 내 이름과 비슷한 환자가 진료를 받았는데 실수로 나의 보험회사에 진료비 청구를 했답니다. 어떻게 생년월일 확인도 안 하고 이런식으로 일처리를 하는지 정말 이해가 안 되네요. 문제 해결 방법은 더 이해가 안 됩니다. 어쩜 이럴수가…..

The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted as if she were above everyone else and yelled at my elderly mother, telling her to “check your in-network next time.” She then complained directly to my mother about having spent an hour on the phone with the insurance company, which was completely inappropriate. (5 stars) I always want to give this clinic 5 stars every time I visit! The appointment system is amazing – I can book via text message and get an immediate, kind response right away. The staff is so friendly and helpful that it already makes me feel better before even seeing the doctor.
