I’m a patient of Borgess neurology I Had a appointment schedule for 11/28/23 to see Dr Sridharan but because I didn’t agree with more medication because of the side effects she want me to take before my visit with her she decide to cancel my appointment because I refuse to follow her recommendation and that I need to find another neurologist! Thank you Dr Sridharan I found a great neurologist at Bronson.
This neurologist would have 5 stars if staff was more compassionate. Dr is thorough, extremely intelligent, fielded my hard questions accurately, took her time, and took my requests and suggestions seriously. She’s very experienced. Her medical assistant, however, is very condescending. My entire family is going through unimaginable heartbreak over a serious debilitating, and ultimately fatal diagnosis. Dr. Sugandhi was one of the worst medical professionals I have visited. I'm young and in good health, but was recommended by my physician to schedule an appointment for discomfort I was having in my head. The entire appointment lasted 10 minutes with Dr. Sugandhi because from the moment I walked in, she questioned why I was there and how I was feeling. She was terrible. I didn’t realize getting referred to her I had already seen her for the same issue I’ve been having. She walked in the room and know I had been there before and did nothing to help me because she said there’s nothing that she could do and doesn’t understand my symptoms. Total disgust with her as a doctor and not taking the time to understand or help me do further research. I would never recommend her to anyone.
Would leave zero stars if I could. She was not prepared for my visit. Opened up with I don’t understand why you are here. I was referred by my doctor. Went on to tell me I was under the care of a physician I’ve never seen and it got worse from there. Ignored me and my truths. Didn’t help at all. Brought more confusion to the table than anything else.
I find Dr. Sugandhi to be a caring and informative physician. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Neurologist.
I feel she had no time for my mother. We had pacific issues and she blew us off and pretty much told us we did not know what we were talking about. Plus most of the questions we had she told us to speak with my mothers general doctor. I get it. Dr. Sridharan is just to busy or feels she just doesnt have the time for this patient. We will not go back to her. I will get my mom the help she needs no matter how thos doctor feels and I will never refer anyone to her.
Doctor was very caring, professional asked many questions about my condition and accident. Took the time to listen, do necessary testing and offered many suggestions both medical, life change and holistic. She treated me like a person and a patient.
