Run, don't walk away from Dr. Kafali and her horrendous office staff Danger, Danger. My 30 year old daughter had the worst of the worst experience(s). Beginning with confusion over an abnormal Pap smear and follow up colposcopy that the office scheduled, then knew nothing about. Culminating with a first pregnancy visit that revealed no fetal heart tones at her very first OB appointment. Dr. Kafali scheduled her the next day for an STAT ultrasound at the hospital.
