From the initial consult, I felt heard by Dr. Moreni. She was thorough in her explanations, but still answered every additional question I had. Then when it came time for the surgical procedure, Dr. Moreni and her team were all professional and kind. Very supportive and professional Ob-gyn.
It was disheartening to read the last review giving Dr. Moreni one star. Honestly, I would give her more than 5 stars if that was possible. She saw me through two different pregnancies and a few other health issues over the course of 8 years. At every encounter I felt heard and validated. Any concerns were met with a thorough explanation. I was so grateful to have found her, and terribly sad when I moved away.
I highly doubt that Dr. Sue Moreni's rating on UW Medicine website are a true reflection of her patient's sentiments. After an appointment with a UW Medicine provider, a patient is RANDOMLY selected to receive a feedback survey BY MAIL. Her high rating could very well be due to sampling bias.
