Some time ago we had a terrible experience with Dr Tonkins. My daughter was a teenager extremely depressed. Dr Tonkins wanted her to sign a waiver (which was more for the doctor than my daughter) that she wouldn’t harm herself. When my daughter finally agreed to sign it, she said she wasn’t being sincere.
