This doctor witholds lab results for weeks. Despite many phone calls and confirmation that my lab results have been in..I still do not have them.
We had to transfer care after moving from San Francisco. We were struggling to find a doctor’s office to accept us, and we are so grateful that Friendly OB was immediately able to bring us in for an intake appointment at 28 weeks. Barebones office, but we have received a good quality of care here so far. Haven’t had to wait long for appointments or had any of the last minute cancellations/super late issues I’ve seen here (and at other offices - I’m wondering if there is a supply/demand issue with doctors in the area). Front staff is amazing. Dr on the other hand doesnt care much about his patients. Gave me wrong results. And told me he would be able to extend my disability for a certain amount of time and did not do that even if im dealing with depression. Had a c section and he did not even check incision site at all. Wont be returning for any future pregnancies.
I'm not giving fewer stars because I can't. Please don't go to this doctor. The receptionists are friendly, but he cancels his appointments and doesn't care if you drive far. I was notified of the cancellation when I was already in the parking lot. I rescheduled my appointment and had to cancel 24 hours in advance. When I tried to do so, he told me he didn't want to see me anymore. Terrible service. Don't waste your time.
Horrible horrible horrible HORRIBLE place to go. The staff and doctor are incompetent, they do not wash their hands or change out the table liners or sanitize anything after each patient. They lied to me both pregnancies and told me I was having an ovum blighted. They also told me they didn't accept my medical insurance, then called back days later to tell me they did. They haven't ran any tests to check on the baby's health.There are way better doctors like David burke on day st who are serious doctors who take what they do... read more
