Best Doctor I ever had will follow her wherever she goes because GREAT doctors are hard to find,.and she is the best!!
Best doctor ever. Hope I can follow her wherever she works.. she does care about patients benefits and health. Very strict, but knows how to take care of a patient. She does follow and respect their doctor's promise. For her the most important thing is taking care of the patient no matter what. She doesn't put money benefits first and then patients health as most old and knew doctors working around. Hope to see her, soon.
Dr Dubey is an excellent doctor, and I was very satisfied with the care she provided. However, the support staff at the facility are unbelievably uninformed and unhelpful, several of them are actually rude and obstructive. Instead of listening and taking responsibility for follow up, they pass the buck. And nothing gets done. I have had multiple problems with referrals not being properly filed thru insurance, even though I called weeks in advance of my appointments, and provided NPI numbers, fax numbers, all the info needed ... read more

Dr. Dubey has been my PCP for years. Even though it has been very difficult to get an appointment with her & I saw her mostly during my annual visit appointments, she was pleasant & listened & suggested/advised accordingly. The office staff, OTOH is a different story. The staff is rude, speak over you & are extremely defensive. There are a couple of names that stand out for their rudeness.
