The office personnel is not well informed
第一次打電話預約正常的年度牙科口腔檢查和洗牙，工作人員Ali講要收$115 Copayment，其實保險公司是不需要我支付copay的。口腔檢查時牙醫發現我一只大牙已裂，他建議我將牙拔掉以免日後會引發牙肉發炎，我同意牙醫的建議將裂牙拔除。但Ali欺騙我要支付$1019因為我的保險公司只負責50%的拔牙費用，而事後Ali交給我一份自選醫療項目的同意书上列明，$1019是我同意做牙骨移植手術的收費，事前我完全不知道要做牙肯移植手術。拔牙七天後我到另一間牙醫診所做植牙手術，從這間牙醫診所拍攝的口腔x光片上我看不到拔牙後的牙洞裡有任何牙骨粉的存在，這些X光片證明了Ali的牙醫診所根本沒有和我做牙骨移植手術而只是詐騙了我$1019。Ali夠膽這樣欺騙客人其實應該是診所經理Carlos指使的，因為我投訴Ali時Carlos就為Ali辯護，用各種理由來繼續欺騙我，堅持不退回詐騙了我的金錢，所以我現已將Estudillo Family Dental 向California Department of Consumer Affairs作出投訴，以便將他們的欺詐手法公開給廣大消費者，希望大眾日後不再受Estudillo Family Dental in San L... read more
The Doctor was very unprofessional, no respect for other people's time and money.The staff was helpful and professional, but it took them a very long time to complete the x-ray because they were getting it right, that was extremely uncomfortable, too much exposure. But the Doctor was the worst, she left in the middle and started helping the patient next door, didn't even do the cleaning after saying she will do it(it was a Groupon package deal), she purposely left, I was stuck for about 2 hours.
