This Dr. Made many neglectful decisions with my annual physical exam. It seems as though she wants to do The bare minimum during the exam but take full payment “On the way out the door after my brief physical exam, I asked Challa why she did not provide me with colorectal screening-she made an excuse and quickly informed me that she would order a home test in the mail for me to perform. My experience was excellent! As many others have said, she is warm and attentive and doesn't rush. Her team is as well and they follow up with you quickly as test results come available or to any requests made through the portal. For the first time in a long time I felt heard from a physician and feel like I'm a partner in my care by not being admonished or talked down to. I really feel good about my new primary care physician, Dr. Challa and her team.
Dr.Challa is one best Dr I have seen in Atlanta. She pays close attention to patients and very caring. Staffs are good too. I would recommend her for any health issues. She do online consultation and works on Saturday too. That's the most relief here in USA. She really cares and works for us. Office Environment is clean and she immediately responds for any kind of issues.
My whole family has been seeing Dr. Challa's office for several years now. It's easy to make appointments, although sometimes there's an unpredictably long wait time. Dr. Challa is very knowledgeable and has been helpful when insurance problems came up.

Dr. Challa saved my life... LITERALLY! I went in to see her because I was having a hard time breathing. She knew exactly what was happening and reacted quickly. If it weren't for her I would not be alive today. Dr. Challa has a warm peaceful presence about her. I love how diverse her clientele is and how welcoming she is. She always greets you with a smile and pays close attention to what you are describing regarding your symptoms. Dr office staff are professional and give appointments at our convince even on Saturday. Wait times are less and very organised.lab in office & I have annual physical done on Saturday . Dr checked my kids for school physical and gave forms.
