Fast, efficient, Knowledgeable, I have been seeing Dr. Challa for over 10 years. She is been remarkable for my Wife and I.
I had a couple appointments in 3 days with doctor Challa, one was in person and another was over the phone. Doctor told me that her staff would call my insurance to get a prior authorization for one of my medication but today is the 5th day no one has called me yet. Dr Challa was very empathetic, nice and ready to begin (after discussion) working on all aspects of treatment to improve my condition as soon as possible. I was lucky that when I moved to the Atlanta area, my son was her patient and recommended her to me. She has a broad and knowledgeable background in medicine, which as a university researcher myself, I really appreciated..
Went for a free annual checkup , wasted money with no outcomes 1) Her staff questioned several times if I had any health concerns that I would like to talk to doctor about. I said no so they kept telling me if I ask anything then it would be extra cost. 2) They did blood work that was included in the annual test and I still got a co-pay bill of $42. It would be great if I could give zero stars. They rip you off, even though Dr was nice and friendly. They charged me twice for preventative care which is fully covered by insurance. Once as preventative, which insurance covered, and once as office visit, which did not. How can you do annual checkup w/o visit?! of all these years of doing annual checkup never got a bill even once! but here! I won't get back there. What’s worse?
