Dr. Challa have been giving me only superb care. She is very compassionate and responsive to all of my asks. My only issue. Is that the person that was taking my blood was on the phone with her dad?The entire time I felt very uncomfortable. I try to advise her that she needs to give me her attention but she continued to talk on the phone.
I was Challa's patient for one year , saw her inly once at johns creek . Staff is rude and billing is a night mare !!!! Dont go if you dont want to be slashed by ridiculous amount of bills with their billing department non answerable and not doing any followups with insurance. I chased insurance for one year and found out today they never submitted few bills to primary insurance. It took then 9 months to file my first bill !!!!!
"On the way out the door after my brief physical exam, I asked Challa why she did not provide me with colorectal screening-she made an excuse and quickly informed me that she would order a home test in the mail for me to perform. The issue I have with this is: Sudha Challa would have NEVER addressed the screening if I had not asked. I guess she assumed I was ignorant. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. Dr Sudha was never at Kohns creek location always wants to see nurse practitioner, staffs are very rude, they don’t care when we say maintenance proscription was not available. They say DR Chella is not available if you want find another Dr. I requested refill on their portal 3 times, no response. Even for annual visit they want me to see the nurse practitioner and request televisit the dr.
