Dr. Velpari is a great doctor. The nurses in the pratice are nice, efficient and helpful. Since he is with Solara Health, I am unhappy with the process of making an appointment or trying to speak to someone in the actual office. The front desk people are okay with one being nice and the other rude. If I didn't like Dr. Velpari, I would seek a new doctor due to the new company.
The place is clean. I didn't have to wait long for the doctor to see me and the laboratory is right there, don't have to go anywhere.Most of all the doctor listened and interested to my complaints and appeared interested. And the rest of the staff were nice and kind especially the laboratory tech.
Very professional and if you don’t mind saying a good bedside manner. Pleasure to have as primary doctor.
Dr.Sudarshan Velpari is an excellent doctor, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. I didn't feel rushed during my appointment. I truly feel that my health is in good hands.The staff is friendly and professional, very helpful when it comes to scheduling and follow ups. I feel well cared for at my visit. Great experience all around!
