Great doctor, very thorough. Administration needs improvement. Prior to Solara taking over, scheduling appointments was very simple and appointment times were adhered to by all staff. It was a pleasure and my time was respected. Since becoming a part of Solara, however, that has all changed. Scheduling is overly complicated to accomplish. Wait time is becoming unacceptable. I have not seen Dr Velpari as my PCP, however I just spent about 15 minutes speaking with "Marco" @ the Sayreville office. I was originally booking my husbands appointment, as Dr V is his PCP. Marco was so pleasant and patient with me and my very long story that I decided to book an appointment for myself with the same Dr as well.
